Welcome to SketchAndEtc! Here are answers to some common questions about our original art, digital downloads, and creative products.

Are your paintings original?

Yes. Products described as original artwork are individually created pieces, not digital reproductions.

Because each artwork is handmade, small variations, textures, brush marks, and other unique details are part of the piece.

Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

We do our best to photograph and display artwork accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your phone, tablet, computer screen, brightness settings, and lighting.

Do you ship within the Philippines?

Yes, we offer shipping for eligible physical products within the Philippines.

Available shipping options and charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

Selected physical products may be available for international shipping.

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at sketchandetc@gmail.com before ordering.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges depending on your country.

How long will my order take to ship?

Physical orders are generally prepared within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery time after shipment depends on your location and the courier.

How will my artwork be packaged?

Original artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photographs of the artwork and package.

What are digital downloads?

Digital downloads are products delivered electronically rather than shipped to you.

They may include digital artwork, printables, Procreate brushes, templates, textures, and other creative resources.

No physical product will be shipped for products clearly marked as digital downloads.

How do I receive my digital purchase?

After completing your purchase, your digital files or download instructions will be provided through the method indicated during checkout or in your order confirmation.

Can I use your Procreate brushes for commercial artwork?

Yes, unless a particular product states otherwise.

You may use SketchAndEtc Procreate brushes to create your own original artwork, including artwork that you sell commercially.

For example, you may create illustrations, prints, stickers, commissions, books, or merchandise using your own finished artwork.

Do I have to credit SketchAndEtc when I use the brushes?

No. Credit is appreciated but not required when using our brushes to create your own artwork.

Can I share the brushes with someone else?

No.

Your purchase gives you a license to use the brush files yourself. You may not share, redistribute, upload, resell, or give the actual brush or .brushset files to another person.

Each customer should purchase their own copy.

Can I modify your brushes and sell them as my own brush pack?

No.

You may customize brushes for your own creative use, but you may not modify, rename, repackage, redistribute, or sell SketchAndEtc brush files as your own product.

Which devices work with your Procreate brushes?

Products specifically described as Procreate brushes require a compatible version of Procreate and compatible Apple hardware.

Please check the individual product description for compatibility information before purchasing.

What if my digital file doesn't work?

Please contact sketchandetc@gmail.com with your order information and a description of the problem.

If a file is missing, corrupted, incorrect, or defective, we'll try to help resolve the issue or provide the appropriate remedy.

Can I return a digital product?

Because digital products cannot physically be returned, change-of-mind refunds generally aren't available after a file has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

Can I return a physical product?

Eligible physical products may be returnable under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Do you accept commissions or custom artwork?

Yes! From time to time, SketchAndEtc may accept commissions or custom artwork requests.

Can I use your artwork without purchasing it?

Artwork, photographs, illustrations, digital files, brushes, and other original content displayed on SketchAndEtc remain protected by copyright.

Please don't copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially use our work without permission or an applicable license.
